I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in Florida, Georgia, Colorado, and New Jersey. I provide clinical evaluations for Emotional Support Animals (ESA) and Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) recommendation letters in compliance with the Fair Housing Act (FHA). I work directly and personally with each client. I am not a large company or letter service—I complete the evaluation myself and carefully assess your emotional and functional needs. When appropriate, I can communicate professionally with your landlord, HOA, school, or employer while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and ethical standards.
