Hi, I’m Dr. Katie! I'm a psychologist and recovering perfectionist. If your brain is constantly playing a highlight reel of everything you should be doing better, we’ll probably get along great! I work with adults who are tired of being ruled by anxiety, people-pleasing, body image, burnout, or self-doubt (bonus points if you’ve tried to outsmart it with spreadsheets or podcasts). My approach is compassionate, collaborative, insightful, and goal-oriented.
