I specialize in counseling and life coaching for high achieving individuals and couples who are often everything for everyone else and need a space where they can slow down, be heard, and focus on their own needs. I offer face to face counseling in my Wilmington, Delaware office and welcome clients from Delaware, New Jersey, and the Philadelphia area. I work with clients across cultures, identities, and backgrounds, including African American, Asian, Indian, African, Caribbean, and multicultural communities. I accept Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, other plans, and private pay.
