Being in practice for over a decade, I have experience counseling adults, adolescents, individuals, families, and couples, presenting with issues related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-injury, process addictions, obsessive and compulsive disorders, relationship concerns and co-occurring addiction concerns. I have dedicated my career to working with, researching and treating, a variety of populations, and cultures including the veterans. My work focuses on mentoring and fostering growth in everyone to overcome life's trials.
