I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Doctor of Psychology Psy.D.). When one experience life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to feel out of control or less satisfied. My greatest passion is bringing healing to people who have been through difficult times. I help individuals, couples, and families, to find healthy and authentic perceptions of themselves so that they can begin to strengthen their relationships and begin to feel more peaceful, whole, and safer. I have been trained in a wide range of modalities that can address your individual needs.
