I am an EMDR Approved Consultant an EMDR Certified Therapist and an EMDR Facilitator. I am trauma informed therapist. I combine strategies from Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic theories. I specialize in trauma therapy, EMDR and IFS. In addition to seeing clients, I also I provide EMDR consultation for therapists who would like to become EMDR certified therapists. In addition, I provide clinical supervision for social workers who would like to earn their clinical licensing credentials.
