Life can feel overwhelming when trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, or relationship challenges take hold. I provide therapy for adults, teens, & couples seeking support with trauma healing, nervous system regulation, & life transitions. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Therapy & psychedelic integration in a grounded, heart-centered space that supports meaning-making & growth. My trauma-informed, somatic, & integrative approach honors the connection between mind, body, & spirit. I often work with thoughtful, high-achieving professionals seeking deeper, embodied healing beyond traditional talk therapy. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Beginning in March 2026, I will offer in-person therapy in downtown Los Gatos and will continue to offer telehealth throughout California. I support trauma recovery, conscious relationships, life transitions, and spiritual integration.
