I'm here to enable you to face your challenges, deal with uncertainty, and get back your sense of control and peace of mind! I believe that change is possible at any stage of life, whether your struggles are recent or have been longstanding. I have worked with many individuals from young adulthood to end of life, helping them develop better ways of coping and to see themselves with compassion and acceptance.
