Hi there! I'm Dr. Krista Parker and with everything happening in the world right now, life may be very overwhelming, leading us to feel isolated, anxious, depressed, stuck, and helpless. I am here to help you navigate through these life challenges, find a healthy balance, and help you find tools to cope and grow. I help adults, couples, and families transform their grief, traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, and other overwhelming emotions into healing and hope. My clinical focuses are in grief and loss, complex trauma, intergenerational conflict, relational stress, and especially in BIPOC and AAPI communities.
