I bring years of experience supporting clients and students as they navigate mental health challenges and life stressors. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with practical, real-world application, because true wellness should offer relief, not added pressure. I am committed to empowering individuals to take ownership of their lives, make informed decisions, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Everyone deserves to feel grounded, supported, and empowered. I offer in-person sessions in West Des Moines and telehealth services. I work with clients of all ages and specialize in addressing children's behavioral issues, academic stress related to neurodivergence from childhood through college, and attachment-based issues in adult romantic relationships.
