Although I consider myself a specialist in trauma issues, I have worked with clients across the lifespan on a broad range of needs. Some of the most common topics include life adjustments, ADHD, anxiety, grief, depressive disorders, parenting, relationships and PTSD. My therapy style is eclectic, warm, intuitive and interactive. For those interested, I can integrate spiritual knowledge and practices into your therapy as well. Sessions will utilize education, dialogue & skills building. We will strive to close each session with a mutually agreed upon homework assignment to work on until the next session.
