I provide counseling to individuals, couples and families to help alleviate struggles in their daily lives. I can help you better manage your life, children, parents and all your relationships. I am a trained Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) with 20+ years of clinical experience and 15+ years in higher education. In addition to my current private practice, I teach MFT doctoral students about how to do couple and family therapy. My clinical style is direct and collaborative; I am confident that we can work together to achieve your goals and help you develop insights and skills to take with you beyond our counseling.
