I am passionate about helping individuals manage their mental health so that they can experience peace in their lives and relationships. I received my doctorate in family science and a master's degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Kentucky. I have a strong background in improving mental health and well-being in the context of relationships, especially when there is risk of self-harm. Many people define themselves and their family members in a limited way, often forgetting the vast potential that each person embodies.
