About

As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I help adolescents and adults (gender and weight inclusive) who are struggling in their relationship with food, exercise/movement, and/or their body. This might include struggles to eat enough quantity or variety, overeating or emotional eating, cycles of over and undereating, and urges to "fix" what was eaten through compulsive exercise or other means. I also work with individuals who are healing through various traumas and overwhelming events, as well as other co-occurring struggles with eating concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and OCD, just to name a few.
