My main area of focus is working with teens and young adults who present with interpersonal conflict, self-esteem concerns, and unique developmental needs. My sessions focus on the emotional, social, and psychological needs of the individual in front of me. I welcome working with parents as well who are navigating parenting teens. I also work individually with adults who present with anxiety, low self-esteem, and relational conflict. I feel strongly that the therapeutic relationship is the key factor in a successful experience.
