I consider it a great honor to partner with clients to find ways to live with more authenticity and presence. With a Ph.D, in Clinical and School Psychology, and more than 20 years of experience, I have a deep appreciation for the journeys we take in life-where we have been, where we are now, and where we want to go. Although I see adults of all ages, I specialize in assisting college age/young adults to navigate the many challenges these years of identity development can bring.
