Hello! I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and women. I am a school psychologist with almost 20 years of experience working with adolescents/young adults, and I’ve devoted my career to helping people feel supported and understood. I specialize in working with anxiety, ADHD, autism, and emotional dysregulation. I know how important it is for clients to feel safe, respected, and truly listened to. Building strong, trusting relationships is at the center of my approach. Together, I work with my clients to create treatment plans that not only help at home, but also at work and in the community.
