My goal as a psychologist is to help you gain insight into what may be contributing to you feeling stuck, uncertain of where to go next, or unfulfilled by your current relationships. By putting words to complex emotions, ambivalence, confusing thoughts, and behaviors that no longer serve you, it is my hope that you will be able to better understand what may be getting in the way of your goals. In the process, we will work to strengthen your connections with others, and perhaps most importantly, with yourself. I am available to offer evening hours to work best with your schedule.
