I'm a couples therapist at heart. I help partners communicate, resolve conflict, and reconnect, whether you're in a rough patch, rebuilding trust, or strengthening your attachment. I'm trained in Gottman Method and EMDR, but what clients say matters most is that I'm warm, easy to talk to, and genuinely in their corner. I'm also a queer woman, so affirming care for LGBTQ+ people is important to me personally and professionally. I have specialized training with trans individuals, couples in transition, and queer families. Whoever you are, my approach is to meet you where you are with compassion and help you move forward.
