Therapy can help guide you and give you the tools you need to navigate specific problems as well as the bigger, broader challenges of life. I am a board certified, licensed psychologist with over 10 years of experience providing care to individuals and families. I treat a wide range of concerns, with expertise in anxiety, family conflict, relationship challenges, and adjustment difficulties. I approach therapy with compassion and authenticity, and I strive to create a safe, positive, and welcoming space to build a trusting connection. I use aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among other evidence-based interpersonal and family systems approaches.
