I’m a registered Psychological Associate providing individual therapy and neuropsychological services. I help clients who want to get started on their healing and wellness journey but don’t know or where to begin. So much of what happens to us in our life is kept silent because of shame or embarrassment- and the fear that no one will really understand what we are going through. I provide clients with a safe space where they can express themselves, process through the pain and overcome the barriers blocking their full potential. I also help clients who want to get diagnostic clarification through psychological evaluations. I can support you in exploring your strengths while also challenging you to push out of your comfort zone. My approach helps you find your best self & thrive despite adversities using a trauma-informed and various modalities. I understand that there is not a “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy, growth and healing.
