I have a passion to teach individuals how to walk in their truth! In the process, I guide and encourage that cultivation through my compassion and multifaceted skill set. I have spent many years working with individuals and their families with addressing a multitude of concerns that led to problematic behavior that created functional dysfunction. My primary goal is to assist with them having awareness, acceptance, and then taking action with making what was once uncomfortable, comfortable; which is where the truth and the living begins.
