I am a second generation Chinese-American clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals develop tools to manage anxiety, depression, perfectionism and burnout, and to improve self-confidence and relationship satisfaction. I also specialize in teaching communication skills such as conflict resolution, setting and maintaining boundaries, and expressing needs effectively. I'm especially passionate about working with those from minority and immigrant backgrounds who are navigating issues around cultural identity and generational trauma.
