Does your life feel harder than it needs to be? The world is challenging, and as a result, you may feel some extra internal challenges. I can help you to recognize and access the strengths that you have, in addition to developing new coping skills. I provide a safe, confidential space where we will navigate your concerns and challenges together. I offer virtual and in person sessions and will work with your schedule. I offer a free, 20 minute zoom so that you can see if we feel like a good fit. I will slide my fee scale when necessary. I am on some insurance panels, and am in the process of expanding that list.
