I enjoy helping children who are experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, including emotional dysregulation, aggression, anxiety, and diminished self-confidence. Through a combination of play therapy techniques and problem-solving interventions, I assist children in developing effective coping strategies, enhancing emotional regulation, and fostering positive behavioral changes. Play is an inherent method through which children explore and make sense of the world around them. Play therapy offers a supportive, non-judgmental space where children can express themselves openly while simultaneously learning and refining healthy coping strategies.
