I specialize in ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and believe in the healing power of nature, love, and connection to restore our inherent resiliency and wisdom. Life can jolt us out of our comfort zone when we least expect it. Tragedies come in many forms (illness, death, deception) forcing us into unfamiliar territory of uncertainty. We may question the fundamental assumptions upon which we built our lives or our capacity to move forward in search of a new normal. You have what it takes to find your path and you're not alone!
