I have over 25 years experience helping people cope with difficult life transitions and heal from loss, weight and self-image issues, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and sexual dysfunctions. I use an integrative functional approach by looking into a root cause of the problem and relate in a non-judgmental way. Together, I'll work with you to build coping strategies, strength and courage to move forward to in the presence of loss, pain and change.
