I have worked as a psychologist for over 30 years, and still appreciate how much courage it takes to make the decision to begin therapy and to follow through with that decision. I have worked with many adults to address depression, anxiety, traumas, stresses, losses, or other concerns. I respect the courage it takes to talk about thoughts, feelings and situations that are difficult and uncomfortable. I always work to have a judgement free space and together, with a client, work to increase their understanding of themselves and better illuminate opportunities for making the changes they may seek.
