My job is to help you make sense of what's been heavy, confusing, or persistent - whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, or a major transition. I'm direct, calm, clear, and grounded. I offer both therapy and psychological evaluations (especially court or forensic and ADHD/Autism evaluations).
