As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege and a National Certified Counselor, I focus on the needs of my clients. I'm a goal-oriented therapist who uses an integrative approach in helping individuals achieve their personal goals. My therapeutic method is based on the individual needs of the client. I encourage self-empowerment and skill-building, and work collaboratively with clients for a solution-focused approach to help achieve goals and resolve inner conflicts. I work effectively with individuals and couples to facilitate the development and fine-tuning of coping skills that can be utilized throughout life.
