For the past 26 years, I’ve supported people—likely much like you—in building the skills needed to get sober, stay in recovery, and address co-occurring mental health issues. I’ve worked with adults from all walks of life, including diverse ages, races, cultures, spiritual and religious backgrounds, and many in the LGBTQ+ community, to lay the groundwork for managing mental health and breaking free from drugs and alcohol.
