My areas of expertise include trauma, chronic illnesses, depression, anxiety, multicultural concerns, grief and loss, religious and/or spiritual dilemmas, and pastoral care. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Professional Art Therapist, I offer individual counseling and art therapy for adults of all ages and abilities. Additionally, my doctoral work in pastoral care has enabled me to assist clients with tapping into their inner strengths and sense of resiliency.
