I provide counseling and psychotherapy for adults, teens, preteens, school-aged children, and couples, across a broad range of issues, including Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Life Transitions, Family Issues, Stress, Anger Management, Substance Use, Grief, and Social Skills . I consider the client’s way of understanding themselves to be very important in our work together. My approach is collaborative, tailored for each client, and can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness elements. A primary goal is always to help people live their lives in ways that are fulfilling and healthy. I work with individuals, couples, and families. While I primarily provide in-person services in Carbondale, I am a PSYPACT provider, which allows me to legally provide telepsychology services to my clients when they travel or move to 38 additional US states. This is especially helpful for my clients who move away after our relationship has been established.
