I'm a psychologist with expertise in resilience-building and nurturing intrinsic motivational growth-to-potential. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism Level 1) as well as those struggling with trauma related to early attachment patterns or later life events, depression, anxiety, OCD, and bipolar. Our sessions will be built on a foundation of warmth and absolutely NO judgement (ever!), leading you to feel a greater sense of trust and emotional safety in our connection. Together, we will use techniques like secure attachment work and meditation to rewire your brain towards increased wellbeing.
