Welcome. I'm Dr. M. I am a compassionate, attachment-based psychologist who believes that relationships are central to healing and emotional well-being. I offer a warm, safe, and supportive space where clients can explore how family dynamics, culture, and early attachment experiences shape their present relationships. I work from an interpersonal and attachment-based perspective to help clients understand deeply rooted attachment patterns and how these patterns show up in current relationships.
