Sometimes we can get thrown into changes we weren't ready for. Maybe the change is welcomed. Regardless of whether these changes are expected or unexpected, I am confident that together, we can embrace these changes in the midst of joy or grief & become our own resources as we learn new ways to approach the issue or the situation.
