About

I was born and raised in San Diego, CA where I attended the nearby La Jolla Country Day School. As a local, it is an honor to have the opportunity to promote the mental and physical wellbeing of students from all cultural backgrounds who have the potential to make or have already made remarkable contributions to the San Diego community. I built a clinical foundation at Alliant International University’s Los Angeles campus where I earned my doctoral degree in clinical psychology with a focus in health psychology. The majority of my training took place at organizations that treat individuals with moderate to severe mental illnesses. To promote your wellbeing, I focus first on providing a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space to help us develop a therapeutic relationship grounded in compassion and trust. I use humanistic and strengths-based approaches to treatment to discuss issues and concerns before introducing you to widely trusted evidence-based treatments to address them.
