I provide mental health and vocational rehabilitation counseling services to adults. I specialize in helping college students who are navigating the stressors of post-secondary education and adulting. I also specialize in mental health services for adults with specific concerns related to trauma, religious and spiritual struggles, racial/ethnic identity, relationship issues, and phase of life problems.
