Life can be rewarding and challenging. There are times when we can all use some help navigating stressors. I am a psychologist, but first and foremost, I am human and I deeply empathize with Individuals who present with psychological struggles. My ideal client is age 18-35, searching for meaning and purpose, looking for guidance managing stress and/or psychological symptoms associated with adulting; including but not limited to: managing family, job or relationship stress, navigating transitions in life, making career choices, or working through grief or trauma.
