I am passionate about helping individuals become their best version of themselves in life. I believe that reaching our fullest potential is a process that we work at daily, and I enjoy being a supportive partner in my clients' journey. I have experience helping individuals and families struggling with anxiety, anger management, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, occupational stress, parenting, relationship problems, and addiction recovery. I use a holistic approach focusing on developing a healthy mind, body, and spirit, using primarily cognitive-behavioral therapeutic techniques.
