Transitions are a part of life; but that doesn't mean they can't be quite a lot to handle! I specialize in helping individuals cope with transitional phases, whether that means adjusting to new environments and cultures, adjusting to changes that come with age, adjusting to a new school or job, or even adjusting to life with an acquired disability. Every individual at some point in their lives goes through an adjustment, and although many are perfectly poised to handle it well on their own, it never hurts to have some help during these difficult times.
