Many of us move through life feeling disconnected and alone. We long for meaningful connection but often hold ourselves back from fully being seen. The idea of change feels scary, so we hold onto familiar patterns, even when we are painfully aware that they no longer help us. Over time, this avoidance leaves us feeling stuck, anxious, and overwhelmed. As your therapist, I work hard to help you feel less stuck. I meet you with full acceptance, and welcome you to bring all of yourself (yes, the messy parts, too!) into our relationship so I can get to know the full you, the you that is not often seen, heard, or appreciated.
