I am a licensed clinical social worker who utilizes a treatment modality that emphasizes self-reflection, insight, and empathy to facilitate a restorative and enriching therapeutic experience. I work from a psychodynamic clinical framework that integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed and harm reduction, and EMDR techniques. I have over 15 years' experience providing therapeutic treatment to individuals and families across multiple community settings. I hold a PhD in clinical social work from the Institute for Clinical Social Work and received my MSW from the University of Iowa.
