Hello and welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual therapy, assessment, and sport psychology services. I work with clients to help create meaningful change that begins with genuine connection, trust, and compassion. I support children, adolescents, and adults, including athletes at various stages of development and performance, as they explore the issues that have brought them to therapy, the barriers that may be keeping them stuck, and ways to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
