I am a licensed therapist in the states of Florida and Illinois - I use TeamCBT, which is a cutting-edge, evidence-based approach that gives them tools to change the way they think and feel and gets them the relief they are looking for. My goal is to be the last counselor they have to see by empowering them with techniques and strategies they can use for the rest of their lives. It is incredible to play a role in getting relief for people who have been suffering and to see them go from despair to freedom. It often happens in a matter of a few sessions.
