Currently providing in-person and/or virtual sessions for all Medicaid plans and Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO. Offices located in Park Ridge and South Barrington. I strive to create a therapeutic environment to help others heal and explore different challenges life may bring. My goal is to provide a warm, understanding, and safe environment where my clients can process their feelings and increase self-awareness, confidence, and learn new coping skills to manage stressors. This may include current problems or long lasting patterns. I understand that life can get busy, so I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. I have also worked closely with individuals who have experienced narcissistic abuse and/or other abuse within relationships. I work with teenagers and adults (ages 13+) through individual, family, couples, or group work.
