Life can feel overwhelming, especially when relationships, past experiences, or internal struggles begin to impact your daily functioning/emotional well-being. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals and couples can explore challenges, identify patterns, and move toward meaningful change. I work with clients navigating trauma, identity, and relationship stress, and who are ready to reclaim parts of themselves they’ve had to mask to survive. Many of those I support are Black, Brown, or LGBTQIA+ adults carrying generational wounds, managing over-functioning, or seeking a space that feels culturally attuned.
