Accepting new clients for in-person on Thurs and Fri mornings ONLY. I treat individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and treat postpartum anxiety/depression and pregnancy loss. I pride myself on connecting with clients using a compassion focused, relational approach and working together to help you take charge of your current challenges. The client's I work best with are typically looking for a blended approach: space to process their stressors, to feel heard and validated; while learning effective skills to manage symptoms using DBT and CBT techniques.
