I believe we all have a story to tell and need a safe place to tell it. Our life stories can often become challenging and confusing and we need someone to walk beside us to help us sort out the difficult situations and emotions. I have held a counseling license since 1999 and enjoy helping individuals along their healing journey and want to encourage you not to lose hope no matter how difficult your situation may be. I believe God cares greatly for the hearts of his people and will comfort you and help you find freedom through connected relationships. I have years of experience working with individuals, couples and families dealing with issues including trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, attachment issues and relationship and parenting concerns. My approach to counseling is relational and client centered.
