My clients are the grown kids of the '70s & '80s who are trying to figure out this phase of life. Despite being high-achieving at work & good at getting things done, they feel unsatisfied with life & disconnected from what matters most to them. Their minds are always swirling with long to-do lists waiting for them at work and at home. They are exhausted & burned out from prioritizing everyone else’s needs ahead of their own. They feel anxious & on-edge all the time. I'm a queer psychologist, & many of my clients are part of the LGBTQ+ community.
